ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 3, 2005

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden and

                  Mark Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed and approved, as amended, the minutes to their 1/27/05 meeting.

2.  The Board took the following action on the fiscal year 2005 application for exemption

     for the owner of the following property:

                        Parcel #091101000      Clause 22         granted

3.  The Board reviewed and approved a proposed R.F.P. for data re-inspection services. 

     It will be advertised in the next couple of weeks.

4.  The Board was told that the Finance Committee had requested that someone from our

     office meet with them to discuss the overlay accounts.  A meeting with them is

     scheduled for Monday, February 7, 2005 at 7:30 P.M.

5.  The Board decided to reconsider the Supplemental Tax Assessment on New

     Construction at a future meeting when all three Board members are present.

6.  The Board granted fiscal year 2004 abatements in settlement of Appellate Tax Board

     cases with the owners of the following parcels:
